A live/work gallery in Kansas City’s Crossroads Arts District offering space and support to artists looking to expand the bounds of their practice.
With an emphasis in non-commercial, context-driven installations and performances, Front/Space created a platform for knowledge and resource sharing both within Kansas City and throughout a national network of creative spaces and practitioners. Having founded and directed operations from 2010-2014, I oversaw frequent, visible, and dependable programming cycles that contributed to a new level of visibility and accountability in Kansas City’s emerging art spaces.
Today, Front/Space continues to bring groundbreaking programming and installations to downtown Kansas City.
